A live-in caregiver isnotsimply someone who stays in the home waiting until a client asks for help. This position requires someone who is proactive attentive and willing to be an active part of the clients daily care and household.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders
• Companionship
• Caring for pets (when applicable)
• Helping maintain a clean safe and organized home

Were looking for caregivers who:

• Are comfortable adapting to each clients routines and preferences.
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done.
• Are willing to cook clean do laundry assist with personal care provide transportation and help with other daily tasks as needed.
• Understand that every client and family has different expectations and are willing to work within those expectations.
• Are dependable motivated and take pride in providing exceptional care.

Please note:This isnota position for someone looking to spend most of the day relaxing in their room or only assisting when specifically asked. Live-in caregivers are expected to actively contribute to the clients care anticipate needs and help keep the household running smoothly throughout the day.
