Location

This is an in-office position based in Houston TX with regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Note

Candidates must have 4 years of litigation experience courtroom experience and experience handling temporary injunctions and/or temporary restraining orders.

Job Description

• Handle a diverse litigation caseload involving business healthcare probate OSHA defense and related disputes.
• Represent clients in court hearings injunction proceedings TRO matters motion practice and litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery briefs correspondence and other litigation documents.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution with strong attention to deadlines details and client goals.
• Conduct legal research analyze case issues and develop practical litigation strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients opposing counsel courts and internal team members.
• Support a high-performing boutique litigation practice with professionalism urgency and strong advocacy.

Qualifications

• 4 years of litigation experience.
• Courtroom experience required.
• Experience with temporary injunctions and/or temporary restraining orders required.
• Texas Bar admission required.
• Strong drafting research litigation strategy and client communication skills.
• Ability to work in office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Business litigation healthcare litigation probate litigation OSHA defense or commercial litigation experience preferred.
