Line Cook Pizza Maker Pizza Alla Pala

A Pizza Maker is responsible for producing roman-style pizza alla pala in accordance with our authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the Bakery Manager. 

• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
• Complies with all portion sizes quality standards department rules policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
• Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications :

• 1 year of experience in a back of house production position
• Good work ethic communication and time management skills

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible open schedule often including evenings and weekends preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours including standing walking bending and squatting
• Ability to work with a wood burning oven electric pizza convection oven and commercial spiral mixer

Compensation: Pay rate for this role is $19 - $21
