We are seeking a seasoned Claims Insurance Business Operations Senior Manager to lead large-scale life and wealth insurance operations within a dynamic growth-oriented environment. This position oversees end-to-end business operations and process improvement initiatives ensuring service excellence efficiency and compliance across multiple teams.

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations focused on efficiency quality and compliance across multiple functional teams.

• Supervise and mentor a multi-operational team of 200 employees including managers senior analysts and analysts.

• Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve customer experience.

• Analyze operational data KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure all teams meet or exceed established performance targets SLAs and quality standards.

• Participate in budget planning forecasting and resource allocation to support operational objectives.

• Prepare and present regular reports on process performance efficiencies and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in Life & Annuity Claims industry including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.

• Proven experience in Life & Annuity Claim process operations and transaction management.

• Must be legally authorized to work in US without requiring sponsorship now nor in the future

• Strong proficiency in business process management optimization and performance improvement.

• Experience working with 23 or more life insurance companies or TPA/BPO service providers.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver operational excellence in high-volume environments.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.

• Advanced degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Six Sigma PMP) strongly preferred.

• Proven experience driving digital transformation and process automation within insurance operations.

• Schedule: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CST

• Travel: Occasional (approximately once per month within the U.S.)
