• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments evaluations and diagnostic services to clients
• Score interpret and write clear client-friendly assessment reports
• Deliver evidence-based individual and/or family/group therapy across a range of mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated whole-person care
• Participate in case consultations staff meetings and ongoing professional development
• Maintain ethical standards in accordance with APA guidelines and state licensing requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program
• Active unrestricted New York State license as a Psychologist
• Experience providing psychological testing assessment and evidence-based therapy
• Experience with psychological testing interpretation and report writing
• Proficiency in treating a diverse range of mental health diagnoses and populations
• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to culturally competent trauma-informed and client-centered care
