Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Springfield Colorado
Pay Rate: $34 to $37/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week long-term care contract opportunity in Springfield Colorado. This role supports medication administration treatments resident care coordination documentation and supervision of CNAs in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect nursing care for long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing leadership physicians and families
Complete accurate nursing documentation including nurse notes and resident updates
Supervise CNAs and support teamwork across shifts and departments Requirements Active Colorado LPN Or LVN License Required
Minimum 1 year of long-term care nursing experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
Cerner experience preferred
