About the Role We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care contract opportunity in Minnesota. Responsibilities
Administer medications and provide routine daily nursing care
Observe resident conditions and communicate changes to the Registered Nurse or physician as needed
Support person-centered and resident-directed care plans
Maintain accurate documentation charting and medication records
Help ensure compliance with federal state and facility nursing standards
Support resident safety sanitation rights and quality assurance practices
Collaborate with RNs physicians household staff residents and families
Promote a welcoming respectful and supportive long-term care environment
Requirements
Active Minnesota LPN license required
Long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work evening shifts other shifts as needed and every other weekend
Holiday coverage required
Strong communication teamwork and resident advocacy skills
Commitment to person-centered care quality assurance and relationship building
