Job Summary

Start date: September 11 2026 (with orientation days prior)
- LPN License
- Current MA licensure
- Relevant experience with catheters g-tubes seizures medication administration
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Provide student direct care and implementation of an individualized health care plan
- Collaborate with program personnel to create the best learning environment regardless of individuals health care needs
- Assist in implementing accommodations for physical and social emotional support
- Assist in ambulation and transfers
- Monitor vital signs
- Attend meetings IEP meetings as needed
- Administer medication in accordance with school policy/procedures.
- Assist individual with daily living activities e.g.: lunch bus load personal care toileting
- Document in a thorough manner - utilizing an electronic database (SNAP experience preferred)
- Perform other nursing services per job description and as assigned
- Other responsibilities as directed by medical order/Director of Nursing
- Experience with students with physical and health disabilities
- Safety Care trained preferred
Salary per Attleboro Paraprofessionals Association Collective Bargaining Agreement - Salary Range:$43192 - $47397
