Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: LPN experience preferred

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and support during assigned night shifts

Requirements
Active LPN license required
Local LPN or travel LPN experience preferred
Must be available for 12-hour night shifts
State/federal issued ID and facility photo badge required at all times
Negative COVID-19 test within one week prior to start or proof of full vaccination required
