Whats In It for You

• $50 - $75/hr. of service which includes tips and enhancement commission
• 2025 Full time MTs total annual compensation $80000
• 40% commission on session enhancements - hot stone cupping aroma etc.
• We cover 50% of healthcare premiums
• Monthly MT Self-Care 90-minute session
• Paid Sick Time
• Retirement / 401(k) with employer match
