We are seeking experienced licensed Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters in Southfield.

Our dedicated team of appointment setters transfers live leads directly to your desk daily.
This is a full-time inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential and/or commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound transfers outbound
• Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
