The Licensed Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for helping individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions. This role focuses on building relationships generating new business and providing exceptional customer service while helping clients understand their coverage options. • Generate new business through inbound leads referrals networking and outbound prospecting efforts.

• Quote present and sell insurance products while educating clients on coverage options and policy benefits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

• Review policies identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products that meet client needs.

• Process policy changes renewals endorsements and customer service requests accurately and efficiently.

• Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and carrier requirements.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required

• Valid drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a standard background check

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

• Previous sales experience required

• Previous insurance sales experience preferred

• Strong communication relationship-building and customer service skills

• Ability to meet sales goals and performance expectations
