LEGION DEVELOPER

Job Title: Legion Developer
Location: Remote
Tax Term: W2/1099 Only
Employment Type: Contract

Develop configure and support the Legion Workforce Management (WFM) platform across scheduling labor forecasting and time & attendance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Legion WFM modules (forecasting scheduling T&A employee engagement)
• Build and maintain integrations between Legion and HR/payroll/ERP systems via REST APIs
• Set up labor models data mappings and business rules to match operational needs
• Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve data/integration errors
• Partner with HR and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into config

Required Skills

• Hands-on Legion WFM implementation/development experience
• REST API integration experience (payroll ERP or HRIS)
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills
• Understanding of workforce management concepts (forecasting scheduling labor optimization)
• Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business users
