Position Responsibilities:

Provide legal support for Amazons Prime Air program. Advise business and technical teams on laws and regulations relevant to drone design certification and operation including laws governing health and safety and technology use. Advise and counsel teams responsible for the design procurement and launch of drone sites. Provide guidance on laws and regulations informing supply chain procurement and manufacturing of aerospace equipment. Interpret U.S. and international laws and regulations governing operational safety data privacy/data protection and use of AI/ML technology in drone operation. Advise on service marketing and advertising requirements in the U.S. and abroad.

Position Requirements:

Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have five years of experience in the following skills: (1) advising business clients in the aviation or logistics sectors; and (2) advising on regulatory compliance and risk management for product safety or occupational safety matters. License to practice law in the U.S. or foreign jurisdiction required.
