Position Overview

• Role: Learning Planning Lead
• Location: Raleigh NC (Hybrid local candidates strongly preferred)
• Duration: 6-Month Contract
• Employment Type: W2 Only

The Role & Team

The clients IT Customer Success and Enablement team is looking for a Lead to support enterprise-wide learning initiatives. You will focus on AI enablement cybersecurity awareness workplace productivity tools and internal tech adoption. This role involves coordinating learning logistics managing stakeholder engagement supporting content creation and organizing virtual learning events for a global internal audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage learning logistics (scheduling registrations communications and follow-ups).
• Partner with stakeholders SMEs and internal teams to drive learning initiatives.
• Support the development of learning materials facilitator guides and presentations.
• Assist with virtual learning sessions learner engagement surveys and feedback collection.

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in L&D Training Coordination Enablement or Program Planning.
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms (e.g. Zoom) and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or SAM).
• Preferred: Experience with IT Enablement technology training (AI Cyber MS Suite) and working in Agile environments.
