About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role you will:

• Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Consulting functional area
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted large scale or long-term business operational or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area policies procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers colleagues and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Treasury Management Sales experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of payables and receivables processes including workflow optimization and cashflow impacts

• Proven experience managing high volumes of sales calls with a strategic approach to planning execution and anticipating customer needs while delivering a hightouch client experience

• Proactive selfdriven approach with the ability to consult engage and influence prospects in a fastpaced environment

• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams and remain receptive to feedback

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple deals priorities and internal partners simultaneously

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex treasury concepts for diverse audiences

• Experience working with Emerging Middle Market clients ($25MM$100MM revenue) and familiarity with treasury platforms payment technologies and fraudmitigation solutions

• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or willingness to pursue

Job Expectations:

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargos total rewards package. Depending on the role a Wells Fargos employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation such as sales incentives discretionary bonuses and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
