• Plan and implement engaging developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences for preschool children (45 years old).
• Create a welcoming safe and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration creativity and independence.
• Foster childrens social emotional cognitive language and physical development through play-based learning.
• Prepare children for kindergarten by promoting early literacy math problem-solving and social skills.
• Observe assess and document childrens developmental progress.
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families regarding childrens growth and classroom activities.
• Supervise mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom staff.
• Maintain classroom records and ensure compliance with all health safety and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with center leadership and fellow educators to provide an exceptional early learning experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience required.
• Previous classroom leadership or Lead Teacher experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements.

• Experience implementing preschool curriculum in an early childhood setting.
• Strong classroom management and positive guidance techniques.
• Ability to inspire curiosity creativity and a love of learning.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
