Job Summary

Our client is a growing track-and-trace software company serving both regulators and the entire supply chain (Manufacturers Logistics Retail etc) across the US. Theyre currently in need of a Lead Software Engineer with a B2B SaaS background to develop and maintain scalable backend systems (.NET 8 and C#). Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies is highly preferred. This is an incredible opportunity for an established backend developer to build new software impact direction and join a company with significant momentum.

Fully remote role with occasional travel. Our client is based in Florida and is currently considering candidates residing in the Southeast Central US.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

10 years Senior-level Software Engineering experience focusing on server-side development (.NET 8 and C# skills essential)
Experience with B2B SaaS products is required (B2G exp is nice to have as well)
Background in dynamic software startup environments
Experience implementing database solutions (MS SQL Server PostgresSQL)
Background building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices across web and mobile ecosystems
Experience collaborating with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Background driving application design and architectural decisions across complex software systems
Proven ability to step into ambiguous or struggling initiatives and drive them to resolution
History of shipping real products at scale
Current AI adoption experience highly preferred
