Job Title: Lead Salesforce BA with Semiconductor experience

Responsibilities:

Jira Ticket Ownership & Delivery

Own assigned Jira tickets from analysis and estimation through testing and deployment
Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes
Identify enhancement opportunities from recurring support requests

Functional Analysis & Business Interaction-P1 Skill

Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories
Conduct demos support UAT and ensure stakeholder alignment
Serve as the onsite Salesforce subject-matter expert for day-to-day needs

Advanced Salesforce Administration-P2 Skills

Perform complex configuration: Flows Permission Sets Validation Rules Page Layouts Assignment Rules Approval Processes
Manage data operations (data loads cleansing deduplication)
Maintain system security user access and metadata hygiene.

Required Skills:

8 10 years of Salesforce experience across administration
Must have Semiconductor experience.
Strong hands-on skills in Apex LWC SOQL and Flow Builder
Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model security model and platform capabilities
Experience working in Agile environments with Jira
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Salesforce certifications (Admin)

Work Site: Santa Clara CA (5 days onsite)

Duration: Long-term contract

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
