Lead, Operations Project Manager

Position Summary:

• Entegris isseekingan energetic experienced Project Manager to oversee successful execution of various projects within the companys Advanced Purity Solutions Division. Projects will vary depending on size and scope requiring flexibility and diverse program and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful completion of assigned projects through direct management and coordination with cross-functional global project teams.

• This role will include direct interaction with a broad range of technical and functional management and subject matter experts throughout the organization globally.

• Utilizeprojectmanagement techniques to develop project charters budgets risk assessments resource plans projectscheduleand periodic project updates.

• Utilize project management systems and reporting tools to track andreport outto projectteamstakeholdersand management on projects status.

• This position entails the management of critical daily activities to support the business and operations teams to ensure successful execution of both operationalandproduct focusedprojects.

• Lead project team meetings update andmaintainproject documentation and status within project management system.

• Guide project teams through various phases of each project withfocuson openactionsproject deliverables.

• Identifyrisks to project deliverables and/or timing clearly communicate those risks to stakeholders andmanagementand develop plans to minimize those risks.

• As needed to meet projectobjectivesthis rolemayinterface withoutside parties including suppliers partners and customers including conference calls and meetings.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes reporting and systems related to project management.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• Greater than 5years of Project Management experience with a strong understanding of project management principles. PMP Certification preferred.

• Demonstrated project management skills such asabilityto scope a project estimate resource requirements and managing project risks.

• Demonstrated leadership byindirectlymanaging and guiding cross-functional teams in meeting project goals and deliverables.

• Strong verbal written and presentation skills; the ability to communicate clearly and influence and lead others through complex projects and processes

• Desire to develop a broad understanding of the business across multiple functions and a willingness to engage in the detailsto move projects forward.

• Theability and willingness to take a hands-on approach to meeting project scope and timing including assisting project team members in completion of deliverables as needed.

• A self-starter who is curious agilecreativeand able to work and communicate across geographic boundaries and multiple cultural environments

• Proactively work with a sense of urgency identifiesandaddressesrisks.

• The ability to manage conflict constructively and align cross functional team members to make and act on decisions that enhance portfolio and business value creation

• Strong time and priority management -abilitytoidentifyand focus on critical issues.

• Knowledge of project management processes such aswaterfallscrum or agile.

• Availability for early morning or evening conference calls.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

• Compensation: $114000-$140000 per year with actual pay dependent on the candidates overall skills for the role.
