What impact youll make

As a member of the Process Industrialization team you will be an active contributor to create maintain and execute the standard in how to develop and industrialize manufacturing processes using a team-based approach. This role executes steps to move process from development to production; driving the hand off process post deployment support and problem solving to finish
the industrialization of a process into full production. Focus is on meeting the needs of the production teams as internal customers.

What youll do

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines analytical thinking and technical experience to execute team demands and roadmap initiatives
• Executes hand offs for new product introductions part and technology transfers new process introductions and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time technology selection tooling fixturing programming quality plan and run-off of initial production sets
• Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team
• Supports project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety process quality qualifications and problem solving
• Support problem solving post deployment
• Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste
• Engineering standardizing and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Participate in productivity efforts supporting cost competitiveness
• Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development
• Utilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate with wider team on breakthrough initiative

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment
• Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
• This position is 100% onsite at the GE Vernova Greenville SC Garlington Road location

Additional Information

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $81700.00 and $136700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
