This role is part of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team and focuses on Intelligent Document Services (IDOCS)one of the most robust highscale production platforms in the enterprise with 10 Billion documents in our repository. This is a unique chance to work on a missioncritical system that handles massive document volumes at enterprise scale. You will help build and evolve nextgeneration AI solutions used every day across the this role you will lead the architecture and design of modern systems that are reusable scalable efficient and resilient. You will work handson with cuttingedge AI technologies and latest AI models to transform document operations such as classification extraction validation and enrichment. This position offers significant AI research and innovation opportunities. You will help shape how new AI tools and technologies are adopted and scaled across the enterprise. In this role you will:

• Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
• Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
• Design code test debug and document for projects and programs
• Review and analyze complex large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives enterprise technological environment and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
• Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts senior technology team and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
• Lead projects teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
• 5 years of experience in Application Development using Java and Microservices
• 3 years of experience using Spring Boot

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience using ReactJS Redux HTML CSS TypeScript and JavaScript
• 5 years of experience using Database Technologies such as Oracle Mongo
• 1 years of experience using generative AI technologies using OpenAI standard APIs
• Experience on vector database is big advantage
• Experience on Kafka Apigee and containers like docker k3s
• 1 years of experience with ReactJS
• 3 years of MongoDB experience
• 3 years of experience with secure DevOps and deployment automation to cloud environments
• Understanding of technology architecture: distributed and client server technologies
• Understanding of AI technology
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills be self-directed self-motivated committed and a quick learner
