Hiring: Lead Full Stack / React / Azure

Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Salary: $180K $200K Base

Were looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer with strong experience in Azure cloud React/ and TypeScript.

What we need:
10 15 years of experience with current Lead title
Strong full-stack development background
Expertise in React TypeScript
Experience with APIs microservices and scalable system design
Strong database experience (SQL/NoSQL)
Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineers

Nice to have:
Docker/Kubernetes experience
CI/CD and DevOps exposure on Azurefsi
