The Experience Youll Create:
The Lead Service Technician oversees and performs advanced service maintenance and repair tasks while providing leadership and guidance to the technician team. This role ensures high-quality service delivery adherence to safety standards and efficient workflow management. The Lead Technician acts as the primary technical resource and supports training and development of junior technicians.

- Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress of service technicians.
- Mentor and train team members on technical procedures and safety practices.
- Retrain and recertify the techs.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for technical problems.
- Focus on continuous education and reduction of repeat service calls
- Coordinate daily service schedules and prioritize urgent repairs.
- Monitor open service calls to ensure timely closing.
- Ensure timely completion of service orders and accurate documentation.
- Communicate with Account Managers regarding service status recommendations and costs.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ingredients for Thriving:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance.
- Valid clean drivers license
- Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership experience in a technical environment.
- Proficiency with tools diagnostic equipment and service software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location(s) & Logistics:
- Ability to lift up to 75 to 100 pounds.
- Perform tasks involving bending standing manual dexterity climbing into trucks and twisting.
