Job Description:
The Lead Contracts position in the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector will join an International and Commercial Agreements team responsible for a diverse business area with defense customers from various foreign governments as well as large and small business prime contractors. This role requires an experienced Contract/Subcontracts Manager with a proven track record of managing strategically critical international technology suppliers engaged in the development of advanced and innovative technologies. The successful candidate will possess expertise in driving subcontractor accountability and performance through disciplined contract management technical program oversight executive-level engagement risk management and cross-cultural leadership. The role demands the ability to influence senior stakeholders negotiate complex business and contractual matters and ensure achievement of cost schedule and technical objectives within challenging high-risk development environments.
This role will be responsible for the subcontract administration of a major international subcontractor supporting two large direct commercial sale prime contracts with foreign governments. This role conducts contract negotiation administration and subcontractor contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies legal requirements and customer specifications.

- Serving as the primary liaison for contractual communications between L3Harris and a major international subcontractor.
- Conducting change management processes with internal team and communicating equitable adjustment rights.
- Ensuring compliance with federal procurement regulatory requirements.
- Assisting procurement personnel with significant contracting tasks including establishing flow-down terms and conditions.
- Influencing successful business outcomes to achieve business and financial objectives for orders revenue recognition operating income and free cash flow for new and continuing programs.
- Providing guidance coaching and training to other contracts professionals and/or support level employees. May manage projects at this level with responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others work product.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience with reading and interpreting contracts and statements of work.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Experience working with Israeli technology or defense contractors.
- Understanding of Israeli business culture communication styles and decision-making processes.
- Ability to navigate direct communication styles and challenge-based discussions.
