Lead Coach, Agile Coach

The Lead Agile Coach helps teams and leaders apply Agile principles structures roles and practices to improve delivery flow predictability collaboration and outcomes. This role supports Agile adoption by identifying and helping remove impediments strengthening team practices facilitating Agile learning and improving the use of Agile reporting and tools. At the senior technical level the role may own a complex Agile workstream or technical delivery area and provide peer coaching while operating with limited guidance.

• Bachelors degree in computer science information systems engineering business administration or a related field or equivalent experience required.

• Experince supporting large scale enterprise Agile transformations

• Masters degree in business administration engineering or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

• 10 years of experience in technical project management program management or a related field required.

• Certification in SAFe SPC CSM PMP PgMP or equivalent preferred.
