Lead Care Associate Assisted Living (AL)

Manager On Duty Position (Weekend 32 Hours Friday Saturday and Sunday Flexible)

• Provide assistance and leadership with medication (per state regulations) bathing grooming dressing escort service and other activities of daily living.
• Upon direction of the Health and Wellness Director coordinate and conduct training of new staff members and assist all team members.
• Meet on a regular basis with the Health and Wellness Director to review resident care issues.
• Serve as the staff and family resource when the director is unavailable or away from the building.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform the Directors of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents confidentiality.

Qualifications :

Level of Formal Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Lead Caregiver / MedTech experience 
Years of Experience: 1 years of experience preferred 
Type of Experience: Senior care or related field 
Special Certifications: May require a CNA or CHHA licensure or other state required training
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak read write and communicate with supervisors coworkers residents and applicable third parties.
Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills
Skills and Ability: 
    Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
