Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis SQL development source-to-target mapping and data reconciliation. This role will support large-scale data conversion and system integration initiatives by analyzing complex datasets validating data integrity and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with enterprise data migration projects creating detailed mapping documentation troubleshooting data issues and supporting conversion verification activities.
