1. Oversees cross-functional complex technology projects.
2. Identifies designs and implements advanced process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows.
3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
4. Monitors analyses and reports on key performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
5. Ensures compliance with organizational policies regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
6. Communicates operational status risks and strategic improvement plans to executive stakeholders.
7. Provides project leadership mentorship and development opportunities to team members and junior professionals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education training and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Extensive knowledge of business processes technology applications and operational management.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in strategic planning business operations program delivery consulting or organizational effectiveness roles.
2. Demonstrated ability to build deep knowledge of complex organizations understand business priorities and translate leadership objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
3. Strong business acumen with experience supporting workforce planning financial management governance risk management operational performance or organizational strategy initiatives.
4. Proven ability to influence outcomes manage competing priorities and partner effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and functions.
5. Technologically fluent with the ability to understand and discuss technology concepts delivery models platforms systems architecture considerations and emerging technology trends and translate technical information into business implications and executive-level insights.
6. Experience working in technology-enabled organizations or partnering closely with technology product architecture engineering or transformation teams.
7. Strong executive communication skills including experience developing presentations business cases operating reviews decision support materials and leadership communications for senior audiences.
8. Ability to identify risks dependencies organizational challenges and execution barriers and develop practical recommendations that improve performance and operating effectiveness.
9. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution.
