Job Summary
Landmark Outdoor Services is currently hiring dependable hardworking Crew Members to join our Landscape & Maintenance teams to keep properties in Tulsa looking clean safe and well-kept year-round. Immediate start dates are available for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team environment.
Position Overview
Crew Members assist with a variety of commercial landscape maintenance and seasonal services throughout the year including summer mowing spring planting fall leaf cleanup and winter light installation. This is a full-time year-round position with opportunities to grow based on performance and experience.
What Youll Do:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Weed eating and edging
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Weeding landscape beds
- Planting flowers and seasonal color
- Leaf removal during fall season
- Landscaping and property cleanup
- Christmas light installation
- Snow and ice management during winter weather
What Were Looking For:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk bend lift and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Landscape or lawn care experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a crew
