Equip the lab. Empower learning at LLCC ! Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to support faculty and create the foundation for successful hands-on learning across our main campus and outreach centers. From preparing instructional materials and laboratory supplies to providing technology support and maintaining the spaces and equipment students rely on this role helps ensure faculty have what they need and students have the resources to learn explore and succeed. As a staff member at LLCC you can look forward to 23 paid holidays a year including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 5 personal days 12 sick days and starting with 10 vacation days per year. LLCC staff their spouse and qualified dependent children are eligible to use the tuition waiver on credited courses. Staff can also enjoy free access to our on-campus fitness center. The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education training experience and skills as it compares to existing LLCC staff in similarly situated positions. Required Qualifications
Associates degree in chemistry biology or related field. Experience working in a laboratory with equipment preparing solutions and other lab reagents. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of standard lab practices. Valid drivers license. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.

Bachelors degree in chemistry biology or related field.

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 evenings and weekends as needed.
