- Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
- Keep work areas clean organized and free of debris to ensure safety.
- Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
- Work in kilns set up forms and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
- Exposed tohigh levelsof concrete dust.
- Regularly wear protective attire such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
- Time management must understand urgency of manufacturing
- Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals
- High School diploma or equivalent required
