Job Description:

Vitalant is seeking a Laboratory Technician dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Laboratory Technician is vital. Support Vitalants life-saving mission by operating within the laboratory processing in donated blood products. This will include receiving in all products and processing.

What to Expect

Schedule: Evening shift-(rotates weekends). Includes generous Evening and Weekend hourly shift differential.

Training: Days (paid)

As a Laboratory Technician youll get to

• Prepare blood components through processes such as centrifugation separation freezing thawing washing storage sterile docking transformation and filtration.
• Conduct labeling for routine and special components and implement quarantine procedures.
