Pay: $90000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Philadelphia PA On-site field service throughout the Philadelphia region with shop work as needed.

Note:

Must have 1 year of AC/DC motor and industrial pump experience and 1 year of electromechanical field service experience. A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is also required.

Job Description

• Troubleshoot diagnose repair and rebuild AC/DC electric motors industrial pumps gearboxes fans and other rotating equipment.
• Perform field service work at customer locations including bearing replacement shaft alignment and vibration analysis.
• Diagnose equipment issues efficiently and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Manage your own service schedule and field calls with a proactive dependable approach.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and high-quality service.
• Assemble and disassemble motors and perform related shop work during periods between field assignments.
• Work independently while leveraging shop resources and technical support when needed.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety workmanship responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with AC/DC motors and industrial pumps.
• 1 year of electromechanical field service experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting repair rebuilding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with bearing replacement shaft alignment and vibration analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage field service calls effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable self-motivated and mechanically inclined.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
