Job Summary
We are seeking Lab Associate Immunology to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia CA.
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform routine analysis of specimens in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Evaluate the validity of analytical results using laboratory computer system algorithms
- Identify document and escalate unusual results or performance deviations
- Prepare buffers and solutions required for laboratory analysis
- Maintain proper storage of samples and reagents post-analysis
- Support development and documentation of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Ensure lab organization and cleanliness in alignment with 6S standards
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent or a Bachelors Degree in chemistry biology or medical laboratory technology
- 6 months relevant lab experience equivalent combination of education training and experience
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable regulatory standards
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment instrumentation and analytical techniques
- Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety infection control and hazardous material handling
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $35900.00 - $74800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
