Solution IT Inc. is looking for Kronos Functional Consultant for one of its clients in Dallas TX (Onsite/ Hybrid)

Job Title: Kronos Functional Consultant

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant with expertise in key Kronos modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge and the ability to work independently on configuration and functional tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage pay policies and accruals
• Create and maintain DataViews and reports based on business needs
• Configure and validate Employee Self-Service (ESS) components
• Manage timekeeping processes and ensure accurate setup. Configure approvals and workflow processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional requirements

Required Skills:

• 8 years of hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions
• Strong understanding of accruals pay rules schedules and time tracking
• Experience with DataViews custom reports and workflow configurations
• Strong analytical communication and documentation skills. Experience working with global teams is a plus.

Work Site: Dallas TX (Onsite/ Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
