We are currently seeking motivated detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Client Services Consultants. In this role you will communicate with clients to understand their preferences budget and expectations while researching options presenting customized recommendations coordinating reservations and managing important details throughout the planning process. Youll serve as a trusted point of contact ensuring clients receive timely communication accurate information and professional support every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their needs preferences and objectives
- Research accommodations transportation destinations and experience options
- Prepare customized recommendations based on each clients requests
- Coordinate reservations confirmations schedules and related documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone email text and online communication platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and monitor important deadlines
- Stay informed about supplier updates promotions and service offerings
- Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using web-based software email and virtual communication tools
- Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality sales administrative support or client relations is helpful but not required
