Overview:

Requirements:

• Experience on a relative value trading desk 6 months minimum.
• Fixed income trading experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic discipline and willingness to grind through details.
• Ability to learn quickly take feedback and improve through repetition.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a demanding performance-driven trading environment.
• Must be willing to relocate to the Chicago area.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Northfield office for a minimum of two years.
• Takes ownership of outcomes and does not need constant hand-holding.
• Is curious about markets and willing to do the daily work required to build edge.
• Can handle pressure uncertainty and direct feedback.
• Cares about precision risk and process.
• Wants to earn responsibility through consistent performance.
