Junior High Girls Basketball Head Coach

Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a motivated and knowledgeableJunior High Head Girls Basketball Coach.

The successful candidate will assist in planning and conducting practices supporting game-day preparation and strategy mentoring student-athletes and helping guide the team through a competitive and character-building season. A strong commitment to teamwork sportsmanship and the development of both athletic and life skills in student-athletes is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching basketball at the high school or junior high level
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals game strategies and team management
• Ability to effectively mentor and support student-athletes
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
• Alignment with the goals and values of the CV basketball program
