Position Summary

The FP&A Analyst Marketing will serve as a key partner to the Marketing FP&A function supporting financial planning forecasting and performance analytics across marketing channels. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making improve marketing efficiency and enhance financial visibility across the funnel.
This position is highly analytical and execution-oriented with a strong focus on financial modeling performance tracking and continuous process improvement through automation and simplification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support weekly forecasts monthly pacing and annual planning (AOP) processes for marketing expenses lead generation and volume drivers
• Build and maintain financial models linking marketing investment to volume revenue and contribution margin
• Analyze marketing performance across channels (Digital Offline) utilizing various conversion metrics and contribution margin profitability
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages highlighting trends variances and key insights for leadership
• Develop and maintain dashboards to improve visibility into marketing funnel performance and efficient metrics
• Maintain and enhance financial models ensuring accuracy scalability and alignment with evolving business needs
• Identify opportunities to streamline standardize and automate reporting and forecasting processes
• Support month-end close activities including variance analysis between actuals forecast and plan
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing performance channel mix optimization and investment decisions
  
• Support business cases for new initiatives vendor evaluations and efficiency improvement projects

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 1-3 years in financial analysis consulting strategic/marketing finance or related field
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status)

Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications:

• Strong quantitative and analytical competency Excel skills are a must
• Familiarity with marketing metrics (CPL conversion rates ROI/ROAS) preferred
• Experience with NetSuite and Tableau are a plus

No travel required (stationary work location)
