Junior Data Analyst

Data & Reporting

• Build maintain and improve reports using Excel Google Sheets Zoho Analytics Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations that provide leadership teams with actionable business insights
• Analyze sales operational and financial data to identify trends opportunities and performance improvements
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Assist with data mining initiatives to support sales and marketing efforts

Process Improvement & Automation

• Help design and maintain workflows automations and scalable business processes
• Partner with departments across the organization to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
• Assist in creating SOPs documentation and operational improvements company-wide
• Support referral tracking sales promotions incentive reporting and performance monitoring

Systems & Team Support

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including training materials and system setup
• Support end users with software systems and account management
• Help maintain internal databases software platforms and contract alignment with leadership
• Collaborate with Operations Sales Marketing and Leadership teams to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High level of technical(computer) literacy
• Experience in Google Sheets Excel
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with JavaScript Python or other programming languages
• Experience with structured data and reporting
• Experience with API integrations
