Job Title: Angular/.node js Full Stack Developer (Junior)

Location: Linthicum MD

Duration: 12 months (possible extension for multiple years)

Job Description:

The Computer Programmer (Junior) shall translate detailed program flowcharts into program-coded instructions used by third- and fourth-generation or current state-of-the-art computers.

Looking for a talented and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with experience in Angular and PostgreSQL to join our operations team. Will be responsible for maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications working across the full development stack - from user interfaces to API services and databases

Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform /coordinate corrections to individual production data issues identified by users and development teams to facilitate integrity of data and system processing.
• Maintain responsive front-end interfaces using Angular (v12 or newer) and TypeScript
• Optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using and
• Manage database schemas queries and procedures in PostgreSQL
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility responsiveness. and application performance
• Write clean well-documented and testable code
• Troubleshoot bugs optimize performance and ensure the application meets quality standards
• Participate in code reviews agile ceremonies and release planning I. Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed

Education:

• This position requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science information systems engineering business or a related scientific or technical discipline; or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.

General Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least three (3) years of computer programming experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles
• Experience with REST API development and integration
• Familiarity with Git CI/CD tools and Agile development practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
• Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

Specialized Experience

• Familiarity with Docker Cloud Platforms (AWS) and DevOps concepts
• Exposure to authentication/authorization mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth2
• Knowledge of frontend state management tools (e.g. NgRx)
• Basic understanding of performance optimization and database indexing
