Our client in the Cumming and Alpharetta area is adding a Junior Commercial Hardscape Estimator to their team. As a Junior Commercial Hardscape Estimator you will be responsible for developing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for exterior construction and hardscape packages utilizing Bluebeam ProEst or similar estimating software. Project scopes include concrete flatwork stonework paver systems site walls walkways and related exterior improvements. You will report to the Chief Estimator.

Requirements

• 1 years of experience performing material takeoffs for hardscape projects including concrete stone pavers retaining walls and related sitework scopes.
• 1 year of working in take-off software such as Bluebeam ProEst or similar required.
