Current Project Portfolio:
  • Our active projects include a diverse mix of housing community educational and institutional developments such as:
  • Affordable and supportive housing communities for families and seniors
  • Multi-family residential developments throughout the Bay Area
  • Community centers and early childhood education facilities
  • Renovations and improvements to cultural and faith-based facilities
  • Mixed-use developments that integrate community-serving spaces
  • This position will contribute to a variety of projects from design development through construction administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate architectural design and construction documentation.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive drawing sets and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients consultants contractors and regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in design development detailing and technical coordination.
  • Conduct code research and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations.
  • Support project delivery through construction administration activities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Contribute to sustainable and resource-efficient design solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Strong design presentation and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience preparing and coordinating construction documents.
  • Solid understanding of building systems construction methods and detailing.
  • Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
  • Familiarity with building codes ADA requirements energy compliance standards and sustainable design practices.
  • Experience with Type I III and/or V construction.
  • Previous experience on multi-family residential civic institutional or community-focused projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
  • Ability to effectively lead mentor and coordinate project teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset strong organizational abilities and passion for quality design.
