Location: Boston MA (4 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developers to join a fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development with expertise in Core Java Spring technologies and modern UI development. Candidates must be actively involved in coding and have recent front-end development experience.

Required Skills

• 8 years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong Core Java development experience
• Experience with Multithreading and Executor Framework
• Spring Framework and Spring MVC
• JSP
• jQuery
• Angular
• Strong object-oriented design and development skills
• Experience working on enterprise-level applications

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain experience
• AWS experience (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with AI development tools

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain full-stack enterprise applications
• Build and enhance backend services using Core Java and Spring technologies
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular JSP and jQuery
• Participate in application design coding testing and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean scalable and maintainable code

Important Notes

• Candidates must have recent hands-on UI development experience.
• Profiles focused primarily on leadership coordination reporting or code reviews without current hands-on development experience will not be considered.
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills are required.
• Candidates should be comfortable participating in live coding assessments.

Interview Process
