Janitor 6pm 6am

As the Janitor you will help maintain a clean safe and sanitary environment throughout the facility by performing general custodial and housekeeping duties. The role supports daily operations by ensuring workspaces restrooms common areas and storage locations are maintained to company cleanliness and safety standards.

• Maintain offices cafeteria corridors laboratories restrooms and all other company premises in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Perform floor care activities including stripping waxing buffing and scrubbing floors.
• Clean and sanitize toilets urinals sinks drinking fountains and vending machines.
• Refill and maintain towel toilet paper feminine hygiene hand sanitizer soap hand cleaner and other dispensers throughout the facility.
• Replace light bulbs and clean light fixtures as needed.
• Monitor janitorial supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Stock and organize janitorial closets and storage areas to maintain a safe and orderly workspace.
• Follow company safety sanitation and housekeeping procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial custodial housekeeping or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods chemicals equipment and safe handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or alternate schedules as needed.

• Regular standing walking bending kneeling and reaching throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting carrying pushing and pulling of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work safely around cleaning chemicals and moving equipment.
• Frequent use of hands for cleaning stocking and maintenance activities.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and facility environments.
