Responsibilities:
Provide user and computer management support for our Microsoft 365 environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems both remotely and on-site.
Install configure and update software and hardware components.
Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware software and network-related issues.
Support the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
Manage customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the organizations desktop and network computing environment.
Manage customer support calls and help desk application responsibilities.
Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
Provide answers to clients by identifying problems researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science or related field is preferable.
3 or more years of Information Technology and Microsoft 365 support experience.
Demonstrated intensive knowledge of hardware software and network communications.
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive support experience.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or other IT recognized certifications may be beneficial.
Must be US Citizen.
