We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware software and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Install configure and maintain computer systems software and applications
- Set up new employee accounts and equipment and ensure proper access and security
- Monitor and maintain the companys network and server infrastructure
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Manage and maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
- Train employees on the use of new software and technology
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT systems and technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory and network security
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve
