Job Summary
Summary:Responsible for providing troubleshootingassistanceand resolutions related to computer hardware and software telephone hardware and software mobile devices and other technical tools and products :Provides technicalassistancefor questions and problems with networks and other computer system errors and other up with customers to ensure full resolution of feedback and/ormonitorscalls and other methods of correspondence to improve training to analyze common complaints and or changes software to fix accesses hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix other staff membersontroubleshooting and diagnosing edits and revises training manuals for new and updated software and line of defense for routing and escalating andrespondsquickly to incoming requests related to inventory of all equipment software and license Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience with IT SupportExperience with mentoring junior positionsBachelors degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in addition to the above requirementAbility to work under pressureStrong customer service skillsExcellent leadership and people management skillsMicrosoft Certification MS-900 or equivalent certificationSelf-motivatedExperience with Office 365Experience with multi-functional printersExperience with Active DirectoryEssential Physical FunctionsLifting upto 25 poundsBending stooping ability to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordancetocompanydriving .
