Required Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving hardware software network and inter-connectivity issues including coordinating vendor service and supporting printer maintenance.
• Experience restoring data to file servers and workstations reconfiguring Local Area Networks (LAN) and participating in network setups involving hardware software distributed systems and data communications.
• Experience acquiring installing configuring and maintaining hardware software operating systems utilities e-mail internet and network components in accordance with installation standards.
• Experience installing terminating testing and maintaining network cables and wiring transferring user files and programs and modifying group policy settings.
• Experience reviewing hardware and software requirements supporting system integration and installation efforts performing interoperability testing and preparing testing and documentation materials.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions analyzing security services and directory services and supporting the testing and evaluation of applications and information technology systems.
• Experience maintaining inventory records for computer equipment software and peripherals including tracking equipment additions and location changes.
• Experience providing formal and informal user training developing training materials and user aids and supporting users on hardware systems and software applications.

Exp. as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven . as a BAon projects of various size/subject matter within the government/public sectorideally in at least 3or moreof the Technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile in business analysis tools and with data analysis and visualization tools ().Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including TeamsWordExcel& PowerPointplus proficient in Microsoft ADO TestingBachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation TechnologyBusiness Administrationor related fieldFamiliarity with project management tools ( Project).
